We were invited to fish the beautiful Umpqua River just outside of Rosburg OR for hard fighting Spring Chinook Salmon (Springers)! This was one of those days you only dream about and happen very few times during your fishing years. Umpqua River Springers are some of the best if not the best Salmon in the world and are not only a prized fish but very hard to catch. Its takes on average 30 hours of fishing to get one of these Salmon and we hooked four by 9:00am!
