Coquille River Steelhead

"-Coquille River Winter Steelhead-"

We had a great opportunity to get out and fish the Coquille River with Northwest Guide Service and had an awesome day on the water! We side drifted all day and hooked three fish. Just as the water was starting to get the perfect green color there must have been a slide up river because it became muddy with a bunch of debris within minutes. So unfortunately just as we started to get into some fish the water conditions got poor. It was a lot of fun to fish a new river and Mike did a great job and worked his butt off to get us into some steelhead. The report for the day was poor fishing but we were lucky enough to hook more than most we talked to. Enjoy the video!!
