"-Oregon Summer Steelhead Fishing-"

(August 14th 2009)

 

 

We went out for about four hours to chase after some summer steelhead and had a good time as always. There were not a lot of steelhead around but we did find a few who were willing to bite. Daniel hooked a nice one that we got to the bank using roe under a float and I lost a absolute monster steelhead just before we left! It was easily in the upper teens if not 20+ lb hatchery steelhead that you will be able to see a glimpse of in the video above. All in all a great day and next week I think we will go back with dynamite to get its actual measurements! :)
