This Video Recipe shows you how to prepare and BBQ your freshly caught Salmon and Steelhead. This is a simple but very tasty recipe that is one of our favorites. Below are the ingredients you will need for this recipe.

Ingredients:

Salmon, Steelhead or Trout Fillets

1/4 Stick of Butter

5 cloves of garlic

fresh lemon

McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning

Preparation:

Saltwater Brine = 1 tablespoon Sea Salt per quart of water

Let fish sit in saltwater brine for 24 hours
