Ingredients:

Boneless Salmon, Steelhead or Trout Fillets cut into small chunks

1 cup flour

3 eggs beaten

1 cup Italian Bread Crumb Seasoning

 

Preparation:

Saltwater Brine = 1 tablespoon Sea Salt per quart of water

Let fish sit in saltwater brine for 24 hours
